The main villa has three bedrooms, and three more are spread across the outbuildings. In total the estate offers six bedrooms and six bathrooms, with 802 m² built on a plot of 6,050 m². The south-facing villa has panoramic views over the Mediterranean and the surrounding mountains. A vaulted entrance hall leads through a large greenhouse onto the main terrace. All of these open onto a covered porch. There are four fireplaces, underfloor heating and hot and cold air conditioning throughout. The separate guest or staff apartment has its own kitchen, a fireplace and a bathroom with a balcony. A self-contained guest house beside the pool has two en suite bedrooms and an open-plan lounge and kitchen. The tropical gardens have automatic irrigation, a fountain and palm trees. There is also a BBQ pergola and a helicopter landing pad. There are no community fees.

Mijas Pueblo is one of Andalusia's most picturesque white villages, set on the hillside above the Costa del Sol. Its cobbled streets, flower-filled squares, cafés and artisan shops give it a relaxed traditional charm. Málaga airport and Marbella are both around 20 minutes away, and the beaches of Fuengirola are a short drive down the hill.
