On the edge of the medieval town of Artà, this restored manor house combines classic elegance with modern design. Extensive restoration in recent years has created an estate of four separate residences: a main house, two guest apartments and a guest house. They are set among terraces, lush gardens, a vineyard and a historic mill tower.

A private driveway lined with Mediterranean planting leads to the courtyard. A partly covered lounge terrace looks out over a water spring and the countryside. The open terrace beside the fountain has views from the town to the sea. The main house has marble floors, stucco walls and underfloor heating.
