This detached two-bedroom, one-bathroom country house sits in the countryside of El Saltador on a fully fenced 1,280 m² plot, just a 6-minute drive from Huércal-Overa. A metal gate opens onto a driveway shared with a neighbour, who rarely uses it. A second gate leads into the gravelled garden, with olive trees, a private swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area for entertaining. From the front porch you can enjoy views of the mountains.

The front door opens into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room, with the kitchen to the left and the lounge with its log burner to the right. Beyond are the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The surrounding countryside offers peace and plenty of sunshine. The beaches of San Juan de los Terreros, Mojácar, Garrucha and Vera are all within driving distance, and the town's established British community makes settling in easy.
