Es Garrover is one of five luxury villas on Sòl Roig, a private 24-hectare estate in the southeast of Mallorca designed by renowned architect Bernardo Oliver. Built in 2024, it sits on a 45,820 m² plot among vineyards, olive and almond trees, with restricted access and a traditional Mallorcan stone boundary wall ensuring privacy.

Natural stone, exposed beam ceilings and handcrafted finishes reflect the island's architectural heritage. The 795 m² of built space is spread across three buildings. The main house offers six bedrooms, including two principal suites, all en suite, and a kitchen and dining area of over 100 m² opening onto the terraces. A pool house of about 82 m² adds a guest room, fitness area, sauna and cloakroom, while a fully equipped independent guest apartment of around 121 m² gives visitors their own space.

Outside, seven covered and open terraces surround an 80 m² pool set among olive trees, with open views of the countryside. There is also a fireplace, a garage, grid electricity with an advanced energy storage system, and mains water from Campos with storage tanks.
